We want you to be 100% happy with your pins! If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to fix it.
Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we made a mistake, we’ll send you a full refund. Just reach out within 14 days of delivery and include a quick photo so we can take care of it fast.
Exchanges & Store Credit
Not totally in love with your pin? No worries! We’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit so you can pick something else from the shop. Store credit never expires and can be used anytime.
Special Items
Limited-edition drops and mystery pins are final sale, but if there’s ever an issue with the quality, please contact us; we’ll always do our best to make it right.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable, but if the mistake was on our end, we’ll cover return shipping.
